Radio PA produces and distributes state news from across Pennsylvania with special emphasis on the governor’s office and activity at the state capitol building. Radio PA also offers a full range of state sports and special programming options to affiliated stations throughout the commonwealth. With a veteran staff of award-winning journalists and a longstanding partnership with The Associated Press, Radio PA fills the void between national and local information by providing statewide content to compliment local station programming needs.

Available Positions:

Anchor/Reporter, Part Time – Radio PA
Radio Pennsylvania is seeking a broadcast professional to cover news stories of state and regional interest for statewide radio network comprised of more than 60 affiliates across Pennsylvania.  Shift is early morning weekend hours and occasional weekday fill-ins (hours to vary). Position reports to the News Director and involves writing and anchoring newscasts, covering press conferences, producing story packages, conducting interviews, producing long-form programming and providing news feeds for affiliates.  Applicants must have experience in digital audio editing and field reporting, with a minimum of at least 1-2 years of experience in broadcast journalism.
